STORE POLICIES/SHIPPING

At Pink Fern we’ve worked hard to make sure our store policies are fair, clear and transparent. If you can’t find the information you’re looking for below, get in touch.

RETURNS

  • For in-store purchases, you have 14 days to make your return for exchange or store credit only. Store credits do not expire.

  • For online orders you have 21 days from the date of fulfillment to return your items for store credit only. Store credits do not include shipping charges and do not expire.  

  • Allow 7-10 business days for return processing. Once your return is complete, you will receive an email from us letting you know the amount of your store credit.

  • Merchandise that cannot be returned: If it looks like it’s been worn (makeup or deodorant smudges, pet hair, tags are removed, the item is stretched or torn) unfortunately we won’t be able to issue a refund. Incomplete sets are ineligible for return as are items marked as FINAL SALE. Accessories (jewelry, hats, scarves, sunglasses, belts and handbags) are all final sale.

  • If you have received items that are incorrect or damaged, please let us know within 48 hours. We will do our best to get the situation rectified quickly.

EXCHANGES

  • Please send your exchange back to us within 21 days of fulfillment.  

  • Contact us prior to shipping your exchange to make sure the item you want is in stock. If it is, we will hold it for you for 10 days.

SHIPPING ITEMS BACK

  • You are responsible for costs associated with shipping your item back. We recommend getting insurance on your shipment as we are not responsible for items lost or stolen during return shipping.

  • Please include the original packing slip.

SHIPPING

 

  • Orders will be processed and headed your way (in most cases) within 1-2 days.

 

  • Shipping charges are based on the cost of your order as follows:

  • Orders up to $25:                        $6 Flat Rate

  • Orders between $25 and $50:    $9 Flat Rate

  • Orders between $50 and $100:  $15 Flat Rate 

  • Orders over $100:                       $22 Flat Rate

  • These rates apply to Continental US only. There will be additional shipping charges for orders to Hawaii and Alaska. Some restrictions may apply.

 

  • We will ship your order via USPS and you will receive a tracking confirmation once it leaves our site.

  • Please make sure you provide the correct address, as we cannot be held responsible for invalid shipping addresses.
